Yellow Perch Fillets--11 pound package of frozen butterfly fillets. We've recently updated this product to be vacuum-packed in roughly 1 pound packages. 

These vary in size but are usually medium sized. Yellow Perch or Lake Perch are a cousin of the larger walleye, but taste very close. Like our other smaller fish we do the dirty work and clean the fish so it is ready for your pan.

Please note that this is "real" yellow perch (Perca flavescens) from freshwater inland lakes. I have spoken with many customers who have ordered ocean perch or Lake Victoria perch from other sites online that are not the same fish.

When my family and I moved to Florida, I was disappointed to find no one sold any Lake Erie Yellow Perch (nor could they get any) in the area. I was happy to find it at Walleye Direct. And although it's a bit pricey, when i receive it, it is always in good shape, with some to little dry ice remaining (this is the way it's supposed to come) and tastes delicious and of home! Highly recommend Walleye Direct.

Ordered the Perch and was a little nervous about having them shipped all the way down to TX. Since I have moved from WI to TX I have missed being able to get Lake Perch. I've been ordering lake perch from Jesse and his crew for years. We've never been disappointed. Perch is always tasty, arrives promptly, is always still frozen solid too. Most times with dry ice left in the box. We really like the new shipping method where the perch are prepacked in 1 lb vacuum sealed bags. Sure beats standing there over the Foodsaver freezing our fingers as we sort out individual packages ourselves.
