Yellow perch are expensive it get it. Walleye and sauger are cheaper, but it you want the real deal we have it. We moved to vacuum packed (~1 lb) as our standard a few years ago so that is the main items below. But we occaisonally have IQF which are flash frozne fillets in stock. This is how restaurants and some customers prefer it as you can grab as many fillets as you want to thaw.
