Individually quick frozen (IQF) wild caught skinless Canadian walleye fillets.
5 pounds of 6-8 ounce fillets. Slightly larger than what we have had the past few years.
These are flash frozen and you will receive it exactly like it looks in the picture. The advantage with this packaging is that you can easily take one or two fillets out of the box to thaw out for a meal.
This is the "old" way we used to sell walleye for 12 years and some prefer this method. This means that each fillet is frozen by itself with a light glaze on it and stored together in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box. Restaurants prefer this way and this is how they are usually sold on the market.
This is NOT the vacuum-packed option so don't choose this option if that's what you want.
