individually quick frozen (IQF) wild caught skinless Canadian walleye fillets. 

5 pounds of 6-8 ounce fillets. Slightly larger than what we normally carry.

This is the product we had sold before and replaced with vacuum packed walleye. They are back for a limited time as we are having trouble due to supply chain interruptions from the lockdown.

I know there are a bunch of you that prefer this method as you can more easily grab a fillet or two, so now is your chance. I was also to get a better deal on these as they were meant for restaurants so there is a surplus right now.

I’m almost afraid to eat the rest because there were so many teeny tiny bones. I had to spit out a whole mouthful because I could not remove the bones from my mouth. And way too little to find prior to cooking. No way I ca five to my granddaughter
