Similar to a beef or pork meat stick these are the same but made entirely out of our namesake walleye. Great for a quick bite or on the run. Pescatarians you now have a meat stick option as well.
How do they taste? You really should just try as it's hard to explain. They don't taste like fish at all. I recommend a blind taste test to friends to see if they can tell. But there is a sweetness to it versus some meat sticks go for spicy.

Shipped frozen and once refrigerated you need to eat in about a month.
Ingredients: Walleye, sugar, salt, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, molasses, natural smoke flavor, monsodium glutamate, bourbon flavor and less than 2% of trycalcium phosphate, sale, sodium nitrite, less than 1% propylene glycol (to prevent caking)
