We re-launched this as of Dec 2025 so it is a true gift certificate that holds value in your account so you use part of it and use it for shipping costs which wasn't the case previously. Now it will be automatically emailed to the recipient or yourself if you want to forward on. If you want a to print something out we have an option below that you can print and give in person. Please note that gift certificates don't count towards the free shipping minimum as they are email only so the free shipping banner won't always match the cart.
Also any gift certificates purchased prior to Dec. 11th are 100% active, but in our checkout process they are technically coupon codes and not gift certificates so there will be errors if you choose to pay via Gift Certificate for older codes. Try using it as a coupone first and then please reach out to us and we can get it sorted out and applied to your order. You paid for it and we will honor it but it might take us a bit to figure it out.
