These are "about" a pound, sometimes you'll get a little more, sometimes a bit less. If that's a problem don't buy just one. If you get a case of 10, then you are guaranteed to get 10 pounds as that is an accurate measurement.
The steaks are longer than you would get with salmon or swordfish as it's basically the whole fish headless, gutted, tail off and then smoked. There will be bones. Our smoked fish is fully cooked, ready to eat and nutritious.
