Perfect finger food and fish fry appetizer and much better than "fish sticks". Skinless walleye pieces are coated in a light breading and ready to be deep fried and served. No mess with breading, defrosting and cutting walleye fillet into pieces.
The walleye fingers are wild-caught Canadian fillets but they are from the bigger fish so not quite the full taste as the smaller fillets. My kids love them, but the real connoisseurs should stay with the frozen fillets as they have a better taste than these. They are still good mind you, but I see the reviews and want to be transparent.

DEEP FRY – Place the frozen product in preheated fryer at 350 degrees for 2 ½ to 3 minutes. Allow to stand 2 minutes prior to serving.
