Excellent and worth the investment. With a little effort in cleaning you have a scrumptious treat. I would prefer to clean it myself . This my second purchase and not my last. :)

These are really good! I measured a smaller one and a larger one and the ones I have run from about 8" to 14". I've only baked them so far but they are very flavorful and have a mild taste. I would definitely order these again.

Just finished my third purchase of this item. My parents haven’t been able to leave the house since covid and they have loved being able to get fresh crappies!

We fileted the crappie and fried them they were really good!

had to clean and scale this fish,but was not a big deal for me . i enjoyed a good plate of crappies afterward.

Received my 11 pound crappy still frozen solid. I put them in vacuum freezer bags and stored in freezer. I thawed out four large ones by placing the bag in tap water. Took about 1.5 hours to thaw. Came out fresh as if I caught them. Great when fried up. Great job guys, love them. WAYNE in Virginia.

I was very pleased with the size of the fish. I wish that I had purchased the fish at an earlier date. Some of the fish were beginning to fall apart during the cleaning process which could be a reflection of freshness or the freezing process. I would purchase crappie undressed again especially if they were the same size that I received.

I have ordered from Walleye a couple few times. This time I purchased the 11 pounds of Crappie. I received my package fish were still nice and frozen. My concern is that the fish seemed very mushy, also seeming to tear easily. The website said if these sell he would get move. My suggestion is do not. The quality isn’t there. I will continue to spend as I have never been disappointed before this last purchase. Can’t win them all ! I do have a freezer with about 10 Crappie in it that I probably will not eat.

I was impressed with the freshness of fish, and flavor of the meat. Looking forward to buying some filleted crappie.

All the fish were bigger than I expected! Just wish they were at least scaled!

I was very pleased by the size of the fish included. The freezing process works great - once thawed the fish were easy to filet and the meat was nice and solid. Much better than when I had bought the Crappie as filets a couple years ago.

The crappie came whole and frozen. Once you v remove scales and properly clean fish they were delicious. Beware of the small bones.
