If you don't know what a cheese curd is, they are formed during the cheese making process and are floating so they have unique shapes and are squeaky when eaten raw and the closes I can describe is similar to string cheese--but better.
These cheese curds are the best we could find in the country so give them a shot. The breading on the cheese curds was made specifically for deep frying only. These are not going to be the healthy part of your diet, but a couple won't kill you.

Cooking Instructions: DEEP FRY- Place frozen product in preheated fryer at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown and desired highlights are achieved. Allow to stand 2 minutes prior to serving.
