IQF Walleye Fillets - 11 lbs

We were recently in Minnesota with my mother, and she remarked how much she misses walleye now that she no longer lives in the upper midwest. So, for her birthday, I decided to surprise her with 16lbs of walleye. She was shocked and delighted, which makes it the *best* birthday gift. The quality was great and the packaging and shipping were perfect--even to a rural outpost in the mountains of NC!

I had my doubts until it showed up and BTW days before it was suppose to which is a plus what you get is better than what they advertise I was really impressed it came frozen to my door step. I fixed some that day it was great. I can't wait for the crappie to come back I will definitely be getting some of that.

This our second order. The first was excellent. The second was also top notch. We use this as our goto source for walleye. It arrived frozen which is a plus unlike buying locally where the walleye is already thawing, so must be used quickly.

Bought the individual packed walleye filets I enjoy the individual packed filets even though I bought the filets that are approx 2 lbs each in the past both items are fantastic. Can't go wrong with either almost ready to orflder again they don't last long at my house. Great taste and excellent service when ordering

The Walleye fillets are just as good and fresh as the fish we enjoyed on shore lunches when we fished in Canada several years ago. The frozen fillets bring back great fishing memories from years ago. I love the taste of Walleye. I love fishing and my fish of choice to dine on has always been Walleye. Because of not being able to do my own Walleye catching, I purchased Walleye from my local food store. It was "ok" but not the taste and freshness I remembered with the Walleye I caught in the wild. I took a chance purchasing Walleye online. I didn't have high expectations and the price seemed a bit high however I wanted to take the chance. The shipment was excellently packed! I cooked 2 fillets the same day I got them. I was so amazed how it brought me back to my memories!!! They were exactly what I loved about Walleye! Anyone who ever caught fish then cooked them the same day understand when the fillets curl while cooking indicates freshness and well processed correctly! Walleye direct is my new seafood store!
