10 pounds of skinless beer battered walleye strips
Special order. OUR MISTAKE is your gain. These are the same strips we sell in a smaller retail bag — our vendor shipped the wrong ones when we tried to buy the fillets. So this is a one-time product and we took $20 off the price to move them. I don't have great pictures, but if you like our strips and want them in bulk, here you go.
Wild caught in Canada.
Package
A bag with frozen beer battered fish.
How it tastes
Crispy and not greasy. Light breading.
Ways to cook
The fillets should be cooked from frozen. No need to thaw out first.
Beer-battered walleye is best cooked by deep-frying it in a pan with hot oil until golden brown. This method allows the crispy batter to perfectly coat the fish, creating a delightful contrast to its tender and flaky interior.
Deep fry at the hottest level for about 8 minutes.
Bake in a conventional oven: preheat to 425°F. Bake for 22 to 28 minutes.
Air fryers vary. I'd love feedback from customers to add here.
No matter how you cook it, you want an internal temp of 165°F.
