We previous had large fillets are between 10-18 ounces but they were a bit too big to handle so we are now cutting those in half to get portions around 6-9 ounces.
Wild caught in USA and individually vacuum packed for freshness. These are caught in the Mackinac Island region so these are a true Lake Trout rather than a hybrid caught in other waters. So they are tastier!
