Walleye Wings are the cut of the underside of the fish between the pectoral fins and including the fins to give them the wings name.  These are indidually frozen in an 11 pound box.

Wild caught in Canada in the Lake of the Woods area. I had a lot of requests for these and we finally got it done.

We made a mistake ordering the wings. Product does not have enough quality meat on them. Must be careful trying to eat them because there's probably 75% bones and fins. At $140 for 11 pounds its hard to justify the cost.
