Walleye Wings are the cut of the underside of the fish between the pectoral fins and including the fins to give them the wings name.  
These are individually frozen in packaged 1 pound plastic bag. Perfect for an appetizer and to try them out.

Wild caught in Canada in the Lake of the Woods area. I had a lot of requests for these and we finally got it done.

I wasn't sure exactly what they were when I hit the 2 for 1 offer but I am glad I did! They're the small front fins/chest area (literally the wings!), about the size of a medium shrimp. Breaded and fried up they're just as tasty as the larger fillets, but in a smaller bite sized package.

Disappointed in Walleye Wings. Brochure shows these as 'breaded pieces, but they are not. The meat on each wing is not worth the price.....better off buying fillets
