Beer-battered tail off shrimp. 2 lbs bags and 40-50 shrimp per pound

This is much bigger than "popcorn shrimp" which is mostly breading. Our product has a great shrimp bite in every shrimp. More shrimp, less breading and no tail.

I try to stick to just freshwater fish, but I do a lot of taste tests for the breaded food section and this fit in really well with the Wisconsin Tavern Food section. Along with cheese curds these fit in perfectly with the Friday fish fry as a perfect appetizer before the main course.

Cooking Directions:
DEEP FRY - Place frozen product in preheated fryer at 350 degrees for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to stand 2 minutes before serving. CONVENTIONAL OVEN - Place frozen product in a single layer on a sheet pan. Bake in preheated oven at 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Turn product over and bake an additional 5 minutes. Allow to stand 2 minutes prior to serving. PIZZA OVEN - Bake for 8 minutes. Allow to stand 2 minutes before serving.
