    Frozen Ruby Red Rainbow Trout fillets-- 11 pound package of 8-10 ounce portions. Frozen, farm raised but these are as close to wild-caught as you can find for trout.

    Please note these fish are different than the rainbows we carried earlier. These are fed freshwater shrimp which gives there meat a pinkish color and tastes more like salmon. They are referred to as Steelhead Trout.

    Rainbow Trout is the most popular freshwater fish in the US so we had to find the best source for our customers.
