    5 pounds of frozen Walleye fillets - Skin off, medium size 6 oz to 8 oz fillets.

    We do the dirty work and remove the skin for you. With WalleyeDirect.com you can enjoy the taste of wild Canadian Walleye in the  comfort of your own home.  Your fish will be caught in the pristine lakes of Canada where they are immediately processed and frozen to ensure freshness.  We carefully pack the fillets in plastic and surround them in dry ice for shipment.  Your order is then shipped overnight from our warehouse to anywhere UPS ships.

    The unique and delicious flavor of walleye is unavailable in DC, fresh or frozen. The fish from Walleye Direct arrived in perfect condition. Dusted with flour and crisped in a pan, we enjoyed the delicate flavor that reminds us of the northern lakes.

    I have had it baked and grilled. The fish was very good just a little fishy tasting around the belly area. Grilled it and was very good on the grill.
