    Frozen Rainbow Trout fillets-- 10 pound package of 8 ounce portions individually frozen. Completely boneless Clear Cut fillets farm raised in mountain spring fed streams.

    Please note the same rainbow trout we carried a few years ago and are back by popular demand. These rainbow trout have a white flesh rather than the Ruby Red Trout we also carry. Both are the same species but are fed differently which affects the taste and color.

    Rainbow Trout are the most popular freshwater fish in the US so we had to find the best sources for our customers.

    I had forgotten just how wonderful fresh Rainbow Trout tastes. Five stars doesn't do it justice. Looking forward to trying the Walleye.
