10 pounds total of skin on flash frozen freshwater fish fillets.
Each variety is individually packaged so you can save for a specific panfish recipe. Since we don't cut fillets in half, you may get a little more or less than 2 pounds of each fish, but on average you get over 2 lbs of each.
Perfect if you can decide which is your favorite panfish or you want to sample a little of each. Just like eating a day's catch.
PLEASE NOTE: We are currently out of stock on wild-caught Bluegills. We have replaced them with Canadian farm-raised bluegills that were processed in China. So the label will say Product of China, but they were raised in Canada.
