Yellow Lake Perch Fillets - 5 lbs

As always, my favorite fish. Been craving these all winter. Pricey as all get out but worth every penny. Hope the perch population rebounds so I can continue to enjoy them.

Once thawed, fillets turned out be be a nice size for frying. Had a very fresh taste.

I'm from NW Ohio and have fished for yellow perch for years. Living here in NM I thought I'd never get a chance to taste that again. Well I cooked up a whole 1 lb pkg and over a couple days ate it all. So glad I can still experience this flavorful fish.

I received my package of 5lbs of perch fillets fully frozen and beautifully fileted! Definitely worth the price and I will be ordering more in the future!

I was raised on perch and other small fish varieties, caught in Michigan lakes. Since I left Michigan in 2002, I've missed lake perch! Now I can have one of my favorite treats right here at home! Easy to cook, and great eating! YUM!

We are originally from Michigan and moved to Las Vegas about 20 years ago and have purchased perch and walleye from Walleye Direct several times as you cannot find Great Lakes fish in this part of the country. Our last order encountered many issues in shipping starting from a blizzard in the Midwest that delayed shipping for a day as explained by customer service. Our order then was sent via UPS and although was sent two-day ground, took about 5 days to arrive due to mix ups at UPS. To our amazement the fish was still mostly frozen after all that time and arrived fresh and was delicious. The moral of the story is Walleye Direct's products are excellent and importantly they really understand how to properly package and ship, so their customers are never disappointed. Would highly recommend!

Favorite fish

The perch arrived still frozen with some dry ice remaining. The fish are high quality - and just what I'd hoped for to recreate a favorite - a Wisconsin fish fry.

My first experience was good quality perch. My second was not so good quality perch. Bland flavor.

The perch were great, living in Arizona. You don't get too many Lake Erie perch. Frozen Solid when I received them. Packageing was real nice. The perch tasted great. Everyone enjoyed them.

As a very young child growing up in the Chicago area, my father introduced me to Lake Perch and the tradition that the Friday night fish-fry. I relocated to the Houston area for my career and the tradition became a fond memory because I had no Lake Perch supply line. We have not been to Michigan in several years. One of our favorite things to eat while we were there was perch. Have been looking for a place to purchase some and found your website. They arrived when we were told they would and the way they were packaged was excellent. They were still frozen. We have had one meal with them and thought we were back in Michigan.
