Frozen Canadian Walleye fillets--skinless. Fillets are between 6 and 8 ounces and we have removed the skin. At least 20 fillets. This is becoming one of our most popular items particularly for those that prefer to have fillets ready for the deep fryer or pan. As with our other products these are flash frozen so you can grab just one or two fillets for dinner without defrosting the rest.
