Yellow Lake Perch fillets--5 and a half pound box of individually frozen butterfly fillets. These vary in size but are usually very small when they taste the best. Yellow Perch / Lake Perch is a cousin of the larger walleye, but tastes very close --many of my customers say even better.  Please note that my perch are from inland lakes in Northern Canada. If you find other other yellow perch online that are less expensive they are likely from Lake Erie.   Like other smaller fish we do the dirty work and clean the fish so it is ready for the pan.  Perfect for sandwiches and fish fry.  http://www.dnr.state.mn.us/snapshots/fish/yellowperch.html
