10 pounds skinless, never frozen. Size of the fillets will vary more than the frozen as it depends on the catch that day. Usually get a little more than 10 pounds thrown in for free depending on size of fillets that day. This is as close as you can get to catching them yourself and eating a shore lunch.
There has been some confusion with ordering these as they are difficult to ship, if you plan on freezing this product, you are better off choosing Frozen Walleye Fillets--Skinless.
Fresh walleye are only available for overnight delivery as they will not last as long as the frozen fillets. Packed with gel packs rather then dry ice. Please store on ice or refrigerate upon delivery and allow air for the fish to breathe.
Fresh walleye are available about 40 weeks of the year and occasionally we are out of stock in the spring and early fall. We will let you know if we can't meet delivery that day so give a little lead time. If you have a large special request--I have other options available for fresh walleye such as whole, dressed, etc.
