These skin on fillets are from the same source as our regular walleye and now you don't have to mess with the batter.

    Although we liked the unbreaded walleye somewhat better, the beer battered walleye was fantastic. I did them in a fry baby. They turned out great.

    The product was excellent. The only issue I had was the very costly amount of shipping. I felt like I had no choice but to have it overnighted because they don't guarantee your filets will arrive frozen. Seems odd to me as all the other vendors I have dealt with don't make that disclaimer on a two day or three day FED X or UPS shipment. But, again the product was excellent.
