Other freshwater fish--We consistently carry frozen fillets of Bluegills which also go by Sunfish, Brim, and Bream. Lake Perch or Yellow Perch are always available to buy as frozen butterfly fillets and on occasion I can buy fresh product for special orders. Frozen Crappie fillets are always available to purchase as are boneless Rainbow Trout fillets. Frozen Lake Smelt (dressed and whole) are always available to order by the case only--fresh only in season. Other freshwater fish such as Lake Trout, Northern Pike, Lake Whitefish, and even Bullheads and Carp are limited and/or seasonal.
