    Grilled Walleye
Thaw the walleye partially and remove the skin. The simply dip in the “dry” Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix. Grill on low and enjoy! Not only great but very low calorie.

    Guys,

We just had the last of our frozen bluegill. The way we cook it is:

Soak the bluegill filets in salt water for 1 hour

4 eggs mixed in with cup of milk

2 cups of flour and 2 cups of Corn meal mix together

We use butter flavored Crisco in a frying pan.

Heat ( on high) until grease is smoking a bit.

Dip filets in Egg mix then dip in corn meal and flour

Cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown and then turn for other side about 2 minutes.

    This is AWESOME!!!

    Thanks again.
